Payment for Services
Verdae Wellness operates as a cash-pay practice. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Accepted forms of payment may include:
- Credit or debit cards
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
- Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
A receipt (superbill) may be provided upon request for patients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider.
Insurance
Verdae LLC doing business as Verdae Wellness does not bill insurance directly. Patients are responsible for all charges incurred at the time of service.
If you choose to submit claims to your insurance provider independently, we are happy to provide documentation that may assist with this process.
Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled to provide adequate time for individualized care. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Late arrival may shorten your treatment time in order to maintain the schedule for other patients.
Cancellation Policy
At Verdae Wellness, appointment times are reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible so that the time can be offered to another patient.
I understand that life happens — especially when balancing work, family, pregnancy, or caring for a newborn — and I aim to be flexible and accommodating whenever reasonable.
If you need to change an appointment, simply reach out as soon as you are able and we will work together to find another time.
However, repeated missed appointments or cancellations without notice may result in a cancellation fee, forfeited package session, or require prepayment for future appointments. This policy helps ensure that appointment times remain available for patients who are waiting for care.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened. Full appointment fees may still apply.

Verdae Wellness may contact patients for:
- Appointment reminders

- Follow-up communication related to care
Preferred communication methods may include phone, email, or text message.
Respectful Clinic Environment
Verdae Wellness is committed to providing a safe, respectful environment for patients and staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services.
