Duration & Frequency:
Acupuncture is not a single-treatment miracle cure. While you may feel results quickly, it works best when treatments are received regularly. Frequency of treatments will depend on your specific goals and how your body responds to acupuncture.
My goal as your acupuncturist is to help you achieve and maintain wellness. That typically involves more frequent, consistent visits initially, then stretching out the time between visits as your body allows.
Fertility support is a little bit more nuanced. Weekly visits throughout your cycle are typically the baseline plan, but you may need more or less based on your reproductive history and whether you are also using ART (assisted reproductive technology) methods.

We will take time to explore your health history, current concerns, cycle patterns, lifestyle, and goals. From there, your treatment is tailored to support your body’s unique needs.
This visit is ideal for:

Follow-up treatments build on your initial visit and are designed to support ongoing progress and balance.
Each session is personalized based on how your body is responding and where you are in your current phase — whether that’s cycle support, pregnancy, postpartum, or beyond.
All acupuncture sessions are currently provided as in-home visits in the Twin Cities West Metro area.
Receiving care at home allows for a more relaxed, supportive experience — especially during pregnancy or early postpartum.
In-home visits are currently available within a 25-mile radius of Carver, MN. If you’re located outside of this area and would still like to schedule a visit, please feel free to reach out — we’re happy to explore options. Additional travel fees may apply.

Herbal formulas are not included in the consultation fee. Most formulas range from $15–$35, and all recommendations will be discussed with you in advance.
