Where available, acupuncture treatment packages are intended for established Verdae Wellness patients and may be used for eligible returning acupuncture appointments after completion of the required new-patient process.
Treatment packages are associated with the patient for whom they were purchased and may not be transferred between patient accounts, except where required by law or expressly authorized by Verdae Wellness.
Specific package terms—including the number and type of appointments included, price, eligibility, expiration if applicable, and refund terms—will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Purchasing a package does not guarantee appointment availability or any particular clinical outcome.
Gift cards may be purchased for another individual and may be applied toward eligible Verdae Wellness products or services subject to the terms provided at purchase and applicable law.
Purchasing a gift card for another person does not establish a patient relationship on that person’s behalf, nor does it guarantee that a particular clinical service will be appropriate for the recipient.
Clinical services remain subject to the recipient’s individual eligibility, informed consent, and clinical assessment.
Digital products are generally non-refundable once purchased and delivered, except where otherwise required by law.
If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Verdae Wellness within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photographs documenting the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, Verdae Wellness may offer a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.
Additional return or refund terms displayed with a particular product at the time of purchase will also apply.
Refunds, cancellations, missed appointments, treatment packages, and other financial matters relating to clinical services are governed by the applicable patient financial policies and any terms presented at the time of purchase.
